Based on what I've been able to gather Solver creates Lineups based on the Number of positions, salary, etc.
But it does not really take into account projections, weather, position ranking or defense. Or does it somehow use that information behind the scenes - Is it all wrapped into the Projections?
Just trying to understand how to better use the spreadsheet.

I can't edit my post...I do realize that there's an option to use the projections when creating lineups. I'm just wondering how the other stuff figures into it.

Well all of those things like weather, opponent rank, defense and that go into building a projection. Then Solver will optimize the projections with the constraint of a salary to get the highest scoring team possible. Solver can only look at one item to maximize and thats projection so you need to build that number up with all the other variables like weather and so on.
